AgroLarvae is exactly what the name says: whole Black Soldier Fly larvae, cleaned and dried. No additives, no preservatives, no fillers, no colouring.
That matters because most commercial feeds are blends, and the protein in them has usually been through several processing steps before it reaches your animal. Here there is only one step and one ingredient.
Insects are a natural part of the diet of poultry, wild birds, fish and reptiles. Black Soldier Fly larvae are naturally high in protein and notably rich in calcium, alongside the vitamins and minerals that come with a whole, unprocessed feed.
Because it is a familiar food rather than a formulated pellet, uptake is usually immediate — most animals need no introduction period at all.
Every larva is raised at our own BSF farm in Mukim Ulu Semenyih and processed at our facility in Kawasan Perindustrian Hi-Tech 5, Semenyih. Nothing is collected from the wild and nothing is bought in from unknown sources.
That gives us control over what the larvae are fed, how they are harvested and how they are dried — and it means the supply is consistent batch to batch.
The larvae are grown on organic by-products from Malaysian food manufacturers, hotels, restaurants and agricultural operations. Material that would otherwise go to landfill becomes protein instead.
Every pack you buy diverts organic waste and replaces feed protein that would otherwise have to be grown or fished for.
How to use it
AgroLarvae is a supplement and treat, not a complete diet. Offer it alongside your animal's regular feed.
Scatter or place a small portion with the normal ration rather than replacing it.
Larvae can be fed straight from the pack. For younger or smaller animals, soaking briefly in warm water softens them.
Start with a small amount and build up so you can watch how your animals take to it.
Close the pack after each use and keep it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Feeding amounts vary considerably by species, size, age and activity level, so we do not publish a single figure. If you would like guidance for a specific animal, contact us and we will help.
