All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Agromurni reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations in product appearance, packaging, colour, or weight may occur due to manufacturing improvements or natural product characteristics.

All prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. International orders may be quoted in other currencies. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We accept secure payments via:

Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received.

We ship throughout Malaysia and selected international destinations.

• Standard parcel products (Dried BSF Larvae 150 g, Dried Mealworms and BSF Frass): RM 8 per order to Peninsular Malaysia, or RM 15 per order to Sabah, Sarawak and W.P. Labuan.
• Dried BSF Larvae 2.27 kg box: RM 15 per box to Peninsular Malaysia, or RM 35 per box to Sabah, Sarawak and W.P. Labuan.
• Dried BSF Larvae 10 kg woven bag: RM 30 per bag to Peninsular Malaysia, or RM 110 per bag to Sabah, Sarawak and W.P. Labuan.
• BSF Eggs: RM 12 per delivery to Peninsular Malaysia, or RM 30 per delivery to Sabah, Sarawak and W.P. Labuan.
• Mixed orders combine the applicable per-item bulk delivery charges with one standard parcel charge.
• Self pickup from our Semenyih facility has no shipping charge. Our team will contact you to arrange collection.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary due to courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local regulatory requirements imposed by their destination country.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products comply with local regulations and are suitable for their intended use.

Agromurni shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
